Rosslyn studied at Duncan Of Jordanstone College of Art, Scotland, U.K.

She left college with a degree in design and a post-graduate diploma in jewellery and silversmithing.She ran a successful enamelled jewellery workshop in Aberdeen for several years and sold to Aberdeen  Art Gallery and Museums, Highland Craftpoint in Inverness and had work exhibited at the National Theatre in London and at the Dazzle exhibition in Edinburgh Scotland. 

After re-locating to the States in 2001, she began extensive studies with several realist artists working and exhibiting  all over the States.She has regularly travelled to Philadelphia to attend numerous workshops at the Studio Incamminati ,which is run by Nelson Shanks. There her studies led her to Stephen Early, Darren Kingsley and Robert Liberace.

Rosslyn has two studios;one is located in Houston ,Texas and one is located in Scotland where she was born.

She recently was awarded the first prize for painting at the London Biennale Exhibition in Chelsea 2013.
